This well appointed home is located in the highly desirable area between Lakeridge South and Suncrest and very close to many restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes from Texas Tech as well as the hospital complexes. This well appointed three bedroom, two bathroom home has everything you need for your visit to Lubbock. The primary bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, and private bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed and spacious closet. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed and closet. The two secondary bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, cook in the spacious kitchen, or grill out in the driveway. If you are so inclined, feel free to do your laundry in the large laundry room. No matter if it is the Texas heat, a random desert rain storm, or a winter snow, your cars will be protected from the elements in the two car garage available during your stay. Check yourself in and out using our front door keypad lock. Prior to check in, please provide us with a four digit code of your choosing (make sure it is easy to remember!). On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00. You can come and go as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (with the exception of several locked closets/cabinets for our cleaning team). I will do my best to answer all messages in a timely fashion. I am available 24 hours a day for any emergencies. Perfectly situated between Lakeridge South and Suncrest. Less than 1 mile from multiple grocery stores (Market Street, Walmart) as well as many restaurants within a half of a mile.
