"Wonderful experience beginning to end!"

"Muy limpia y muy tranquilo el barrio"

"This house was nice and close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Overall the house was clean and fit our needs. There were a few items in need of repair (fallen AC filter, broken outlet plate in one room, loose TP holder in the main bathroom) but nothing too egregious. Thanks for a restful stay."

"We had a great experience staying at the Tech Terrace Cottage. We had a little hiccup figuring out how to unlock the door but the owner answered our phone call almost immediately and helped us out. It was totally smooth sailing from there. This part of Tech Terrace was nice and calm. The private parking/entryway area was great and the unit itself was beautiful and super clean. There isn’t much surface area in the bathroom so if you’re a girl who needs a lot of countertop space for products and...

"Quality spot close to campus and just about everything else in Lubbock. Host communication was top notch. Great value, as advertised. Would absolutely rent again. Thanks y’all!"

"Good spot and location, condo could use a little updating, new towels, lights are really bright, good to have a kitchen and garage"

"Great central location, near shopping and a big park. The kitchen is well equipped, nice big refrigerator. Friendly host. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This house is absolutely amazing! The accommodations are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The host is beyond wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return again! "

"very clean and perfect for a small stay"

The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night. The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even...
