I was very surprised & impressed at the large size of the room & its cleanliness. Very comfortable. A few items were worn & could use repair. The pool desperately needed a cleaning. Breakfast was ok & simple. Eggs were cold & dry, but then learned the normal breakfast cook was out. All staff were very warm, friendly, & helpful!

I understand the saying, “you get what you pay for,” but this hotel felt a bit overpriced for what it offers. The surrounding environment didn’t feel very comfortable or suitable for three women traveling together. It seems more like a place that would work well for truckers rather than families or small groups of women. The breakfast was also not very appealing for us, though it might be fine for travlers with different expectations. Overall, it doesn’t have a family-friendly atmosphere. That said, the room itself was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which we appreciated. I hope this review helps give a clearer picture of the type of hotel this is.

The Quality Inn of Plainview was a very comfortable place to stay on our journey across Texas!! It was quieter than expected since it is near a thoroughfare. I heard no traffic noise through the night!! The shower was hot and the towels were soft, a delightful combination. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable!!

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean, but it was a dated location. The rooms were upgraded and clean, but the doors felt flimsy and not quite secure because they were old. The same for the restrooms, they were old and a very tight squeeze.
