"Nice little place on a quiet street and minutes from the airport "

"This property was beautiful and spacious. Even better than in the photos. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station and city center. We never needed a car or taxi. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. The host was very thoughtful to leave a basket of treats and coffee for the Nespresso. We highly recommend this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Upon arriving at the property Alex met us outside, shown us around. Room was big and bed very comfortable, breakfast was great and very simple. Location is great to walk to many restaurants in the area, and about a 10 min walk to Grand Place. Enjoyed our staff and would definitely book again if back in the area. "

"I had a very short stay but was made to feel very welcome by my host. The breakfast in particular was extremely good and it was a shame I was not able to accept the kind gift of some homemade apple juice as I was leaving (traveling hand luggage only)."

"Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, beautifuly decorated rooms with great bed linens and bath products. The host, Kurt, is so gracious and helpful with tips on things to see and places to eat. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We could not eat breakfast the second day because of our flight time and Kurt made us breakfast to go and left it in the fridge for us. Everything is so well designed and thoughtfully arranged. Truly a 5 star place to stay! "

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"The people were very nice but the smoke was bad. VERY bad. For a non-smoking room it smelled continually of cigarette smoke. The bed was not comfortable. Based on the smoke I would not stay again."

"special visit to WW2 airfield. Inital commander at the end of the was was good friend. Stay at the BnB was perfect and close to all. People very friendly. Philip has excellent command of English."

"Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend"
