"La stanza era impeccabile"

"It was an excellent stay here - I would highly recommend!"

"The rooms are spacious and contain all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, although the wifi was a bit patchy. The beds are comfortable and it’s handy to have USB ports beside the bed to charge your phone. You can have packages delivered to the hotel as well. Excellent daily servicing of the room. Concierge is very helpful. The rooftop bar has amazing views and the staff are attentive. Cocktails could be improved taste wise. The buffet breakfast has the biggest range I’ve ever seen,...

"Clean,friendly and convenience location"

"Very very amazing staff"

"I lost my phone near the hotel, and it was found by a local person. Even though it was outside their working hours, a staff member kindly went above and beyond to help me and spent a great deal of time contacting the person on my behalf, as I don’t speak Chinese. I am truly grateful for their kindness, patience, and exceptional support. Their willingness to help me in such a difficult situation meant so much to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"This hotel is terrible, do not stay here."

"Highly recommend this hotel it was absolutely amazing the staff were the best and super accommodating five stars all around"

"US$280 per night. Terrible room and service so bad the experience. Check-in took half an hour as they did not find Expedia records. GM came back and got this done. Room was not as what was reserved, twin bed. Was changed to a one bed room. No place to put my luggage. Moved two small bed side tables to aisle close to door. Squeezed myself to get out the room. Extremely small the toilet and bath room (shower for one person to stand inside). The room was not clean at all, very dirty. Tooth paste...

"방도 깨끗하고, 직원들도 무척 친절하고 좋습니다. 다만 첫날 배정 받은 방이 도로 옆이었는데 방음이 안 돼 좀 힘들었네요. 그래서 별 하나 뺐어요. 그래도 다음날 바로 방을 조용한 곳으로 바꿔줘서 좋았어요. 방만 조용하다면 다음에도 다시 이묭하고 싶습니다."
