"Loved the room view of the water! Great bathroom too!Surprised we saw SPIDERS on our ceiling early in the morning over our bed!"

"So here is the thing i book this suppose to be queen Ann room for my wife's birthday who has stage 4 brain and lung cancer and what i am getting is a dark and dingy room with a king size whirl pool tub as you call it. The fake marble tables that hold up your lamps are ready to fall over by them selves and the reprints of Keir stead are folding and stained in their frames. I live in this city and i got to tell you i would not recommend this hotel to anyone as i have work in this industry for 48 years. My wife would also like to add that your king size tub was dirty God bless her heart. Thanks."

"Our stay there was only one night but it was nice. Check-in was quick and smooth and staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious. Our room had a kitchenette with all the fixings (dishes, glasses, pots/pans, silverware ETC). The only negative for us was that we found the beds were too hard even with a topper on them. Made for a restless night. Everything else was great! Hubby loves the all day complimentary coffee/tea, and in the mornings there were muffins."

"The grounds grounds well kept. Our room was adorable. Had a lot of character. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was updated for such a historic home. I can't say enough about the breakfast provided very tastefully done. A Lot of small touches. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is convenient with the ability to walk down to the river and and restaurants"
