"Check in was quick and easy as well as checkout. The hotel is located near all the night life in Maho which is perfect. We did encounter some minor issues with the water supply and a leak next to our room. Staff at reception is very friendly and also the sweet lady at the bar. Overall it was a wonderful 10 day stay. Ohhh let’s not forget that we got upgraded twice."

"lovley parking secured and the VIEW of th ebeahc and airport as the planes come in our lovely day dreamers"

"The hotel is ok, for the price point, the rooms were very dated and the view from our room was looking at rubbish and trees! The property itself was nice and the restaurants were pretty decent. The location was very convenient."

"Great location beachfront, adjacent to D's Beach Bar, music, sometimes live, filters over, a nice vibe, close to Maho beach (500m), backs onto runway- first flight @ 8'ish.......great for plane watching from D's next door rooftop. Great light breakfast"

"The entire stay was great. Easy and quick pick up from the airport. Welcome drink upon arrival. They were able to get all of our rooms close together (girl’s trip). The restaurant was conveniently located. Free prosecco on Thursdays. The breakfast was good, fast and tasty. The room was well decorated and clean. Any requests were met quickly and efficiently. The grounds were beautiful and walkable to nearby Maho beach and shopping. No critiques."

"Went October 25-28th. Hotel was so dope. Beach and pool right on the property. The staff were so friendly. Drove To the grocery store And the casino. I’ll definitely be back here"

"Very Good place to stay"

""A true home away from home! The hotel sits right on the beach, making it effortless to step outside, settle into a lounge chair, and watch the waves. As someone who loves to cook, I was thrilled to find the kitchen fully equipped with cookware and utensils. The rooms were tidied every single day to perfection. A big shout-out to Michael for taking such amazing care of us—every need and comfort was met."

"Great place for peaceful timeout. Lovely beach, very well maintained thorought, beach cleaned and raked daily. Highly recommended."

"This location is pretty great a lot of restaurants are about a 5 minute walk and there’s even a casino for those who are interested. For the price and location it’s definitely worth it. Just be aware of the bar (The greenhouse) next to the pool it is a great bar but sometimes they can get a little aggressive about “tipping” even when you’ve been there everyday during your stay. Other than that the restaurant by the beach is way better (Buccaneer beach bar) friendly staff recognized me everytime...

"The service was absolutely amazing! The staff were so nice to us ! Huge thank you to : - Casey - D’unique - Jonathan - Beth - Smiley - Mairin - Dexter - Sharyl You made our honey moon absolutely unforgettable !"

"Alexia and Christina were dolls. Alexia was extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable about the island. She was able to direct me to the right tours and transportation options. The property is located around restaurants, nightlife and close to the airport and the popular Maho beach. Breakfast was just right."

"Location was perfect but it's time for a redo on the property and rooms"
