"This place has everything you need from the location to the amenities to do your own cooking and relax in a home away from home. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and was very professional. One thing to keep in mind pack your bug spray because of the mosquitoes due to the lagoon near by. All in all the best vacation spot in the lowlands"

"I had an amazing stay at Paul's home. I rented a car, but it is actually walking distance to stores, restaurants, nightlife, and Maho beach. The 3 bedroom home was very spacious, with AC and strong WiFi in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. You do hear music at night, and airplanes taking off but not enough to disrupt sleeping. One of the best places to stay in St Martin overall!"

"As a whole, the appartement is very nice and clean, location is very well placed, walking distance from Mullet bay. The only thing i would recommend however, is to install black out blinds in the bedroom since we're late sleepers, and the sun would wake us up every morning at 6h30."

"Rented a lovely one bedroom unit- comfortable and very well appointed. Only regret was no balcony so we’d be sure to look for that next time. Excellent kitchen but we didn’t use it much as there was a first class poolside cafe, newly opened. Lise and her chef do a fab job and we plan to return. Make sure your unit faces beach- view if Mullet Bay absolutely stunning"
