"I really enjoyed this place. It was very convo for us to walk right off the property and the beach was right there! Our bed sheets and towels were changed everyday. I felt safe. Everytime I walked through the lobby or around the property there were always security. The food there could’ve been better but there’s so many places for food walking distance from the hotel. One of my favorite places is the Oasis! Also the casino is right across the street!"

"This was our first time in St. Martin. I fell in love with the pictures of this unit. The pictures cannot capture how wonderful this place is. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. But the VIEW!!!! Oh my gosh!!! The view from the balcony and the private terrace cannot be described!!!! Absolutely breathtaking!!!! The pools were fantastic. Our own private beach! Communication with Susan, the owner, was immediate. She also was so helpful in suggesting places for us to eat and visit. We know we will go back again and will stay right here! St. Martin was wonderful. We had terrific food, people on the island were so friendly and nice. This unit is not far from airport. Nicely located. Everything about it was better than i had imagined!!!!! Thank you, Susan, for your little gem in Paradise!"

"What an amazing view!! Short walk to market, restaurant, beach, casino. Loved the balcony pool. I was a little disappointed with Smart Vacation shopping service. They shopped a very expensive store as compared to market prices in town. Would not recommend using. Taxi service is reasonable and friendly for our trips around island. Hope to be back!!"

"Beach front property with the sounds of the ocean. Watch boats come and go. Nice swimming area for swimmers. Close location to all restaurants. Nice market steps away. Covered parking. Wonderful vacation property."
