"Our room was clean, spacious, and had a fine view of the sea. The hosts were affable and eager to help, and the food was excellent. There is a large outdoor swimming pool nearby with a heated section that is well worth investigating."

The inn staff/owners are quite helpful, and chances are that most of your problems would be solved by asking for their assistance.
