"A great flat that has been thoughtfully and generously equipped. It’s really helpful in St Ives to have a garage. We were tempted to spend hours gazing out of the bedroom or living room windows at the spectacular view of the beach and sea. After a while you become completely tuned to the state of the tide and the height of the waves. Feel hot in the room.

"Room view is excellent but room 301 is so hot that I found difficult to fall asleep. It is better if I cant open the window wider and let cool and fresh air into the room to decrease the room tempereture and increase the comfort of residents."

"Location is amazing right at the seafront, and you just can't beat that. Reception staff was helpful (allowed me to check in 1h earlier). Breakfast was delicious, promptly served and the dining room staff was(especially the lady with the long black hair, missed her name). It's definitely worth the stay."
