"Check in was great. Very helpful front desk on 6/14. Bar service was helpful but pricey. Check out attendant was terrible. He was laid back in a lobby chair and didn’t even get up to assist or ask what room or if I needed a receipt when I left the keys. "

"I reserved an accessible room and requested a walk in or roll in shower. Upon check in we were told that the room had a walk in shower. This was not the case. The room had bathtub (which was very deep) and did not even have grab bars in the bathroom. We called the front desk and we're then told that there is only one room in the hotel that has a walk in shower and it was already taken. My question is: How can a wheelchair bound person possibly take a shower in a deep bathtub with no grab bars?...
