"After traveling all summer for baseball, we have stayed in a ton of different hotels, and we left this hotel saying this was the best stay we’ve ever had. All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean, with everything you could need. Many options for breakfast. Great location in downtown Charlotte."

"The staff had exceptional customer service. You also receive a complimentary dinner and breakfast, and 1 complimentary alcoholic beverage for every adult. They also have a restaurant on the premises which has pretty good food. The hotel is also in a really good location and is minutes away from Uptown and Carrowinds. Moreover, the rooms are a little outdated, but they are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was really impressed with the property , staff an amenities . The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic , the food was great and being able to use the gym next door was an added bonus . It was a really nice gym. We were going to see a concert at the Soectrum which was approx a block away"
