"Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful. "

"We really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable. All the staff we met were more than helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel is situated in a beautiful historical quarter of Scanzorsciato outside Bergamo. The only downside, and this is worth noting, the hotel is not straightforward to find and its parking isn't well advertised, either by the hotel in advance nor on arrival. The streets there are very narrow and one way so this was an inital stumbling block. In all other respects, it was perfect and we'd stay again."

"Great property and area views are stunning. Although far away from the main town of Sarnico better transport would be good. Overall a nice hotel and the spa is second to none. "

"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "
