"I booked this hotel because it had parking, and unfortunately, YOU NEED TO RESERVE A PARKING SPOT. I didn’t know that, and we stayed in 14 hotels in Europe which I made sure had parking included. We had to park the car away from the hotel in private parking which was in a hill. Food (dinner a breakfast) were good, and we enjoyed the pool. "

"If this was once a 4-star hotel, it needs revisited because it isn't any longer. Maintenance is needed everywhere. Most times there was no air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel, just in the room. Every time I entered my room, the lights flicked off and on for at least 10 minutes. Also, it isn't safe as I learned, from mistakenly trying to open the wrong room, that my key opened someone else's door. This is highly unsafe and as a woman traveling alone, this is a big red flag."

"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! "The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."
