"We were shocked to be woken up before 4am by a horrible racket with the ice machine. When we inquired about it the guy apologized and said he had to work on it before the breakfast wish!!! I was traveling with my 90 year old mom, my 65 year old sister and an 8 year old. This was not acceptable and it would be nice if a refund was issued. It was very unprofessional and we had been on the road over 11 hours and still had 6 more to go and we needed sleep. "
