"Our family had a great stay at Best Western Saddle Inn. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and hot options varied slightly every day. All staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure food was warm and everything was wiped down. Rooms and facilities including the pool were well maintained and clean. Being able to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub was a key part of our family trip. "

"I would definitely recommend the Expedition Lodge! This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was a bit of a complication with check-in due to some miscommunication between the lodge and Hotels.com, but the staff at Expedition Lodge were very diligent about researching the issue and they resolved it quickly. The place looked a little older, but it was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! After we checked out, we realized we had left something behind. Unfortunately, by the time we realized it, a new guest had checked in the room and our missing item was not in lost-and-found. The staff found our item the next day, called us, and is mailing it to us! I travel a lot and have, unfortunately, forgotten items in other hotels and never received any communication about my missing items from any other hotel. So, the fact that they called us and are returning it to us is a big deal and shows their excellent customer service."
