The staff are warm and attentive—they promptly assist with luggage, and food deliveries via their cute little robots are impressively fast. Best of all, my room was perfectly positioned for stunning river views, with unobstructed sightlines of both the iconic Tengwang Pavilion and the shimmering bridge over the Gan River.
