"The a/c wasn’t working properly and our room/floor was very uncomfortable. I was charged twice for the parking garage, when I should’ve only been charged once. When checking in, nothing was stated about where to park or any of the amenities available."

"The room was not clean. The bathroom toilet was not cleaned. We noticed bedbugs on the towels. We did not stay the two nights. We left and went to another hotel. I am requesting a refund. I will be reporting the condition of the room to the BBB."
