"Staying at the Westley was a great botique hotel experience. The colours, details, and furnishings made it a unique and modern experience. Staff were friendly. The location was central and made it very walkable to explore downtown Calgary. Onsite parking was expensive, however. We were a bit surprised by the price of $40 per night to park. Something else that could have been helpful would be an overview of the onsite amenities. It wasn't until check-out day that I realized they had a pretty large gym."

"Had a small problem with the TV. Management followed up with me promptly after I checked out and all was resolved. Great facility and great customer service. I Highly recommend this classic Fairmont Hotel (or the ones in Toronto or Whistler as well)"

"Horrible and terrible for kitchen . I booked the suite with kitchen, but I found almost nothing in Kitchen. I asked the staff why, he told me they just image clients don’t cook , so they did not put kitchen stuff in kitchen. Another thing is there were 2 stoves does Not work out of 4, so I have to give up my food from supermarket, suffer from huge food loss or economic loss . Hopefully I can get compensation. "

"I was annoyed that our vehicle was just over 6 feet so we could not park it in the parade. We were told that overflow was full so we would have to park at a random Indigo lot in downtown Calgary. Obviously it cost more and we had a more distant walk for our parking. I worried about whether the vehicle would still be there in the morning. "

"Only thing was that they did not have complimentary bottled water in the room for Bonvoy members"

"Room was clean and bed was made every day as well as towels being changed. Breakfast was better than expected. The only negative I have to say is that check in was stated to be at 4pm and the room was still not ready by that time which left us uncomfortable after a long day of travel."

"Hotel central AC was turned off, we were sweating the room. I was offered a different room on the assumption that the air would work there, just to find out from the maintenance guy that the whole thing was turned off and they were not allowed by management or owner to turn it on. Front desk offered a fan and said that if I opened the window it should be OK. Hotel is advertised with AC in the rooms, if they are not going to turn it on you should be adviced before making a reservation. Just like when a pool is closed for renovations for example. "
