"This was a great house to rent. We had a big group and there were plenty of places to hang out without feeling cramped. It said sleeps 10 and it did, across 3 bedrooms and gameroom. No issues with the bathrooms either! Plenty of towels and blankets, and washing machine/dryer was good. It was super close to the backside of Gunstock so hiking the mountain or enjoying the rides on the other side was easy. Equally, things we did around Laconia were easy to get to. "From the moment we entered the room smelled horrible. Even after spraying the room with disinfectant it still smelled entering each time. We had to open the sliding glass door to air out the room every time. The curtain appeared to have mold on it.The coffee table was not clean. We needed to clean it upon arrival.
