"Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit."

"At arrival found out that the number pad entry wasn’t working, called the property manager, she was helpful and explained an alternative way to open the door, but it seemed they were aware this was an issue and didn’t let us know ahead of time. The floors weren’t very clean in the common areas. The bathrooms were clean. The mattresses were on bed frames with no box springs. I’m guessing this home has recently been turned into a Vrbo and still needs some work. The house is in a cute small town...

"The property worked for my purpose, it was not overly clean ( even though they charged me for cleaning, if this is what they paid they did not get their monies worth). Also I ended up paying which I felt was exceptionally high for one night near a lake off season, I felt this was way overpriced. They touted snacks available, but some of these were open and half eaten. Overall it felt like the owners just moved out for a night."

"This place was a fantastic stay! Plenty of beds for the 10 folks that joined for the weekend. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Several of us used the kayaks, paddleboards, and aquapad - all maintained well. The only issue we had is the abundance of mosquitos - we couldn't go outside once the sun was down because they covered the doors."
