The place was well heated, and they even had a water dispenser for us since the sink water was not drinkable. This place is down a steep hill. We went during the winter time, but all of us had four wheel drive. We had a winter storm hit and there was a good amount of shovels for us to use to keep up. The plow came by every few hrs too so if we wanted to leave we could.The host did an awesome job with communication. "
