"The wall hill farm guest house was ideal for our stay , everything was to our liking. The 2pm check in time was perfect and made a pleasant change, made us feel we had a full day on arrival then able to walk to the nearby restaurants for evening meal "

"I hadn’t fully appreciated when I booked that this was basically the only building and there was nothing else. This worked for us as we were looking for some peace away from lots of people to start our holiday. We had dinner in the pub which is part of the hotel. The food was nice & service was good. It’s a few minute drive to Knutsford, we took a drive down but didn’t park. It looked nice. The room was fine - but it was warm - I kept the windows open the entire night - which was fine as, as mentioned before, it was really quiet there (other than planes taking off or landing). I would consider staying here again if flying from Manchester. We found it to be very affordable. "

"We only stayed for a night and it was hot, but the room was airy with the window open a little. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I hadn't realised breakfast was included because we'd have got up a little earlier but we managed a piece of toast before we had to checkout. The main road outside is a little noisy but it seems that entertainment in Middlewich for youngsters is limited to driving around... However, the Boars Head was still a great place to stop over before our canal trip!"
