"Wonderful staff! Pool was a little small, but the area couldn’t have been better for us. Lots of walkable places and not in the downtown loudness. It was absolutely a great stay! Loved the popsicles and cookies and delicious blueberry lemonade. The beds were very comfortable, and I’m extremely picky! The parking in front of the hotel is much cheaper than the parking attached to it, and it’s very easy to use."

"For the price it was very good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked. The pool was rather small and I didn’t use it, but I saw some children having fun in it. The adjacent restaurant, The Hideaway,had very good food at a reasonable price. It’s located near the airport and near roads that can get you anywhere in the city. "

"We were not planning to stay in the hotel a lot because we were there for a high school graduation, so most of our time was spent at graduation festivities. This hotel was perfect for that. I thought the cost made perfect sense for the overall quality and experience at the hotel. It is centrally located in Austin -- and everything was easy and pleasant."

"We had a fabulous stay at Downright Austin! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They mentioned it was newly renovated and the vibe was perfect. The only area of improvement would be the bar, but I think they are still renovating that portion of the hotel with the new restaurant and swim club. Thank you for a great stay!"
