"The house was attractive, comfortable, clean, & quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub! The owner was very helpful regarding a few questions. The neighborhood the home is in isn’t great, but we felt safe (& it was quiet.). It’s about a 15 min drive to downtown, so you’ll need a car or to Uber everywhere."

Only thing I'd ask they add is some official bedding for the couch if that's where someone is going to stay - it pulls out but there were not many extra pillows, blankets, or any sheets left for that."

"Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)"

Do not book this place as VRBO is also not helpful with refunding you and finding you or paying for another place to stay."
