"Right on the Gulf, the location was great. The room itself was very clean, and there were nearby shops and a few dining options, which made it convenient. It’s a nice spot for a quiet, low-key family vacation. That said, there were a few drawbacks. Each guest was provided only one pillow, and the blankets were very thin—more like sheets—which made the room feel quite cold at night. There was also no easy way to request extra bedding or fresh towels, as staff were not readily available. We were told that additional linens would need to be washed ourselves at the on-site coin laundry, which felt inconvenient, especially for a full vacation stay. "

"This condo is super cute & perfect for those who are traveling alone or with another person. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, if you can stand the smell of people smoking cigarettes on there's. However, somethings could use updating &/or replacing & cleaning. The stove especially needs to be replaced. Its rusty & the burners do not stay in place. The heater/AC & bathroom vents needs attention. They're gross. Make sure there isn't any construction going on in the condo building during your stay. We were not informed of water being shut off until the night we arrived. We were not informed there would not be any hot water for 2 days. We were never informed that there would be any kind of construction or renovating going on in the building. Which just so happened to be going on right under us. It was so loud it woke us up & we could not hear eachother talk. If you plan on hanging out by the pool, dont wear white, especially when there is construction going on. Black material splatter & end up on your light colored clothes. Make sure you have somewhere to go when 9am arrives. They will not allow you to check out any later. Does not matter when your flight is. Do not expect any remorse or help of any kind from the company for any or all of the UNINFORMED inconveniences you experience. We were told "go on about your day" Other than the crap communication from the condo company, the condo is located in a great & beautiful area. "

"Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood and a lot of room. Just not a 5 star because the home and yard need a lot of TLC. Renting for an entire month you'd expect some hand soap and a few other amenities as we receive in our other monthly rentals. The management company did respond quickly to the grill being out of commission and a few other things. A good month of cleaning up the carpet, cloth chairs, little fixes would make this a 5 start."

"Grand perfect layout for our small family of four with one bedroom and then the two bunk beds in the hallway for the kids. Nice and close to the beach with easy access with only one one dead-end road crossing to get there. The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed to feel right at home and cook most of our meals "at home." The coded and gated parking is nice for security, especially if you have bikes or cargo boxes on your vehicle. We have stayed here before and didn't have to go anywhere to to check in, just straight to the room. For this particular stay. We had to go to Perdido Realty's office to get the vehicle pass and check-in materials, not a big deal since it's nice and close but slightly more deal than just being able to go straight to the room. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!"

"We had a great stay at Viviana 10. The house is beautiful - the photos do it justice! The view is spectacular and literally steps to the sand and gulf. The house is well-stocked and Southern Vacation Rental team was very responsive and offered great tips and local resources, including recommending a great photographer for a family photo. Can’t wait to return!"

"The house was super clean and well appointed . We lacked for nothing. Location is close to marina on the inter-coastal and we walked there. Great for fishermen and charter fishing . Several restaurants close by. The hosts were responsive for any questions or needs."

"Amanda was a great host. She was very flexible when I needed to bring 2 puppies on the trip. She didn’t charge us extra for having pets. "
