"Not the first time we have stayed in the resort but our first time at Los Zocos.
The complex was so much bigger than we thought but not overwhelmingly big.
Breakfast was very good with large choice of hot and cold food.
We were suprised how spacious the room was with large bed,bathroom and small kitchenette.
Great sized balcony which caught the late sun.
Our only tiny negative there were no cloths, washing liquid, tea towels provided in the kitchen to wipe things and clean up.

"Always a pleasure to stay here, beautiful rooms and also a really nice place within the grounds. We stayed years ago before the apartments had been refurbished and renovated and they have done a great job. A stones throw away from the centre and also a five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is also good. Will be returning in the future. "

Costa Calero Hotel Thalasso & Spa

"I stated AI with my sister for a relaxing weekend. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning service. Breakfast was the standout meal with lots of choice and nice juices.
We received a complimentary two-hour spa entry, which was a great perk. If you're not all-inclusive, it’s well worth the €11 entry fee, as the spa offers a sauna, steam room, bubble jets etc. both inside and out pool. We also treated ourselves to a massage, which was excellent and reasonably priced.
The hotel has three pools not including the Spa- one is salt water. There was plenty of seating areas to relax. There are three bars, each offering a good selection of drinks, with the piano bar having the widest variety. It would be good to have had a menu so guests were aware what is included in the ‘all inclusive’.
The hotel is less than 10 minutes by car to Puerto del Carmen, we found a costal walk which takes about 45 mins with beautiful views or the hotel has a shuttle service, which runs frequently throughout the day. A taxi from the hotel to Puerto del Carmen costs around €8 and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a taxi ride costing approximately €25.
The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, especially the reception team. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to use the AI until 6pm, which was so helpful.

Breakfast : 5 (Highest rating)
Diner : 5
Pool :5 (it is heated 28 plus degrees and clean, perfect for children not too cold and not much limitations).
Splash pool: 5 (Kids until 7 years will enjoy it).
Room :5 Spacy clean and good facilities.
Towel service : 5 Every day clean towels for the pool.
Pool bar: 3 little expensive, and no too high quality.
Reception:5 wonderful people and service.
Entertainment :4 just good
Location :4 as mentioned when booking 20 minutes walk, little steep, opposite you have public transport for a few euro's you come everywhere.
Overall a gorgeous hotel, which I would highly recommend, the price and quality are far above average.
Thank you THB and Expedia, for a wonderful and relaxed holiday.
