"Beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor space and pool. Unfortunately the stairs to access the property are very steep and narrow. Please note there is currently a second entrance which cannot be locked. Despite leaving the property in a better condition to how we found it upon arrival, and paying 85 for cleaning, it was upsetting we were reprimanded for not mopping the floors and cleaning windows. This communication really ruined our stay. Check the unreasonable expectations before committing. "

Lorraine was super helpful, allowing an earlier check in and had lots of kind advice when we messaged her. We had a lovely relaxing week and wished we were staying longer! "
