"The resort is quiet, nice music in the pool area, i liked that there is a spot for smoking, and people are not smoking in the pool right on your kid's noses. Dining, they have few options, but nothing special with the specialty restaurants, did not try the adult's side because I was with family. Waternpark is nice, four options of slides. And lazy river, there is a food truck serving snacks, the cooker could learn how to fry, onion rings were a greasy mess. Food on buffet is nice, slightly...

The grounds and beach are the best (the water is the most beautiful), food was just fine, we liked the most the service and food at Grill. "It was a great stay for what it was intended for. Close to beach. Close to shops. Close to restaurants. The bed was comfortable, there was tv in the room. Only coffee in the morning. Do not expect breakfast. We had parking. Easy check in and the security person on sight was helpful! He gave great suggestions for the area. The property is well cared for. It was a clean hotel with a fan and air conditioning. Take pictures at the sign. "

"We were told that the rooms were 538 sq feet along with 32 in TV , it was about 140 sq feet no TV often no hot water no where to sit other than the bed no table or anything to make you comfortable. Another problem was the name Altea Palace was not on display ,in fact when we asked the local police they had never heard the name and sent us a number of miles away"

"Shortly after restrictions are lifted in regard to COVID-19 Villa Iguana is all set to receive guests again. All health & safety measures and protocol are implemented and followed so that we very much enjoyed our short stay this time. Staff is amazingly friendly and helped us out with every wish and request we had. Hope to be back soon"
