"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Modern, clean comfortable room with fantastic views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good generally but grilled meats were chewy. Ample parking at the hotel but for a fee (10 euros/day). However, parking can be found along the road approaching the hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was quiet with few dining options."

"The apartments are very clean. Hotel restaurants are very nice. The bathroom need a little maintenance and modernization. There was a storm brewing and the hotel just left a flyer stating stay indoors a little more information would have been beneficial. "

"We stayed for a week in this lovely rental. It is probably the most relaxing holiday-let that I have ever stayed in. All of us were happy just to spend time in the garden, with so many areas to find our own favourite space. The garden is full of wildlife - birds, reptiles and bats The colonial style house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Best pillows ever! The owners were very quick to respond to all of our queries. We all loved staying there."

"The location close to the new lava flow and the closure of many important roads made getting about very challenging. Most of the local restaurants and shops were closed post covid and the eruption and not knowing this in advance meant we couldn't properly plan for this. However, the villa itself, and Carmen whom I met briefly, were fabulous. Amazing views and just about everything you could imagine you would ever need was in the villa.
