"Perfect location, no homeless around the area, many restaurants in the Avenue and staff members are very nice."

"A little outdated and the ac stopped working at night. Could be cleaner."

"I really like the location, very close to everything. The Motel was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, but outdated. Very quiet, and quant. Would definitely stay there again, and tell family and friends."

Recommend for short trips and if you’re not needing to be in Downtown LA directly."

That being said, positives: conference food was so good, bar, staff all great. Breakfast dining was delicious and good service. Housekeeping was so quiet. Hotel was solid, built well. Every single staff that passed me was friendly, kind, which is rare now. Front desk checkout girl was not friendly though-...
