Conveniently located in the affluent suburban neighborhood; Sherman Oaks. This location is walking distance to grocery stores, bars, banks, miscellaneous shopping, and only 2 mintues driving distance to the 101 freeway. Los Angeles International Airport LAX is 19 min during non traffic hours. Santa Monica Pier is 20 min during non traffic hours, and Downtown LA is also only 20 min away.

There are 3 beds; King size bed in the bedroom. A queen size pull out bed in the loft up stairs and a queen size luxury air mattress.

There is an option to rent a Tesla Model X if it is available. This is a separate contract with requirements. Feel free to inquire after booking.
