This property shouldn't be rented. There's mold all over the walls. The breakfast they offer is only toast with butter and jam and coffee. This property instead of naming it "live hotel",they should of name it the flintstone hotel the beds and pillows are so hard, harder then Rocks.

Last week 05/09/24 my daughter had her graduation at USC, we had a reservation at another hotel, but we did not stay because it smelled a lot of cigarette smoke and the youngest daughter suffers from asthma and it was not good for her health, so we looked Another last minute and we found this hotel and fortunately it met our expectations very clean and good service. I recommend it

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was convenient and it was easy to get to. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but there is also a coffee shop inside the hotel with food options and really great drinks. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. My room also had a backside door that went out onto their balcony patio. There is a patio with tables and chairs on the main floor as well. They have a cooler of drink options for purchase by the check-in desk, but no snacks or toiletries. Pretty nice stay and would stay again! Was traveling solo and felt very comfortable.
