Unwind at this beautiful, historic 3 bed 1 bath recently renovated Craftsman with mid century modern charm. Quiet getaway offering serene gardens with a romantic deck, fountain and BBQ perfect for decompressing. Inside is an open concept with a sunroom/3rd bedroom for games, coffee or reading. You will feel pampered with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the use of the Piano, desks and vanities. Located minutes from the beach, shops and eateries. Driving distance to Disney, Knotts and LA.
Beach is located 1.1 mile away. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. Streaming available on our 60" TV for all to enjoy. Comes with Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and others on street. All windows have custom blinds for lighting preferences and privacy purposes. Sunroom doubles as a 3rd bedroom with a twin daybed, closet, curtains, doors and blackout shades for total privacy. House guests remain at 6 but give different options for guests sleeping needs.
