The Roadway Inn is a nice place to stay. It's not fancy, and it looked like the property was gong through some renovations, but it was safe to stay there, which was important for me being so close to downtown Los Angeles. The staff was friendly and helped me with my mobility issues. I recommend this hotel.

Great stay

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly! The night security guard was super nice and helpful. The area seems a lil sketch at night but it's got a lot of great food options nearby and there's vending machines on site too. Would stay again!

The property itself is fine. The inn provides parking for the guest and the elevator works just fine. The room itself is decent although keeping the swamp cooler on was a challenge. But the floors were clean, beds were clean, bathroom, basically the whole room was clean. The location where the hotel is is a little suspect. If you're a woman it's probably best to not walk around at night and if you're a guy just be careful ya know, and definitely a no go for kids to walk around at night but ya know thats most of LA. Would i stay here again? Probably, I had no insane problems with the hotel itself and it's affordable.

I like the place BCS is near a lot of thing, but needs more atención from owners, more maintenance and clean more often, swimming pool, is destroyed. But, people very nice.

We booked here for a funeral we were attending. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and made our check in very easy. Our room was very clean no complaints there. Only thing is that the pool was being renovated and it was a bit noisy. Didnt mind too much though. We have stayed here before and have not had any problems. Will be staying again when we travel to los angeles.
