Newly Remodeled 2 Bdrm 1bath Bungalow With All The Amenities In Long Beach

***We fully clean and disinfect the house between each stay.***

The LB House features a open floor plan, a chef's kitchen, and all the amenities you need. The house has new central AC and heat, stainless steel appliances, a natural gas grill, high speed internet, DISH network with all the channels including HBO & Showtime, and much more.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker, spices, cooking spray/olive oil, coffee & teas, and so much more. The house has all stainless steel appliances. We provide dish wash soap, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets.
The property has gated parking on the driveway with space for 3 cars and there is additional parking on the street.
Both mattress Nest bedding Alexander mattresses and the sofa in the living room doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa.

***The house is located on a busy street behind a business. The property manager lives on the property in a separate detached unit.

Great spot in Long Beach!

The property was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of space for two adults and two children. We were able to eat meals together and rest in the evenings after our days out. It's also in walking distance to Knead Donut & Tea, which everyone should try!

Nice comfortable place!

Our family had a great stay at this house while vacationing in Southern California. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well. It was a great location for exploring LA and driving down to San Diego. We enjoyed walking to Knead Donuts for breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked, but we are most of our meals out. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to do laundry. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was as described. It is on a busy street so some traffic noise at night but the distance to our event offset that. All was fine, would stay there again.

I WANT TO COME BACK

VERY IMPRESSED with the location. Property was CLEAN!! Spacious enough for me and hubby and 2 kids. Easy access to get everywhere we went on our trip... not but a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Long Beach and to Queen Mary. We were provided with EVERYTHING from towels to coffee. Wished we couldve stayed longer, this was the best Vrbo we have stayed in. Mahalos again!

Pros and Cons

The home was beautiful and the beds were amazing for comfort and sleep. The home was very clean and was stocked with all essentials. The parking was not convenient at all. The stuck and those parking on the street made it virtually impossible to get into the drive. There was no room to turnaround so you have to back out on a busy street. Water pressure didn’t exist so you couldn’t rinse the soap off.

my stay

Jackie was quick to respond to requests although on occasion so to act. I waited 12 1/2 hours for a toilet plunger which i never received. She was waiting for Arturo to get off work. Arturo is the property manager and does an excellent job. There is actually 3 bldg's associated with the listing. the house is the 2nd property. It is very difficult backing out of the driveway onto a busy street. You have to wait until the traffic light turns red.

Functional in a Busy Location

This property was easy for check in. The communication process was very good, and Sam was very kind and accommodating. The property is on a very busy road, and it was not easy to get in and out of. The property is very adequate and has all the amenities you would need. Any difficulties we had were addressed immediately. I would say more than the property we have a problem with VRBO itself. VRBO charged us twice. Since January 7, we have made 6 calls to VRBO, and still have not received the double payment back. This is not a problem with Sam, but he should be aware that we were charged twice. Otherwise we recommend this as a place to stay.

Needs some TLC

The property owner was very responsive - the water heater went out on our third day and it was replaced before the end of the day. Overall, the house could use some TLC as there were several broken or missing items in the kitchen and burned out light bulbs. It was on a very busy street (which we knew) and the bedroom with the sliding door was loud all night long. Getting in and out of the driveway proved tricky too. The gate to the driveway didn’t work properly, so it remained open and unsecured throughout our trip. Not a place I would stay again.

Visit to Longbeach

My family visited LA to go to USC and UCLA. Location was good but the unit was hard to access. The unit was really nice and comfortable. Everything was well done.

Great place

My family and I had a lovely stay. The location is very convenient and nice to have a gated driveway for parking. Everything is clean and modern, very comfy beds. We had 2 small children so the crib and high chair were very useful. Sent the host a small question and they responded almost immediately.

Great little bungalow

Great little bungalow. I like the fact that it was equipped to accommodate a variety of families everything from small children to teenagers.... It was properly equipped. They had a kitchen with all the basic equipment that you would need for the day to day... The only thing that I would point out and I would not say It's a negative... is the t v in the living room and five by remote controls... We were not able to figure out how To watch TV...... Overall we like and we're very satisfied with the bungalow. We would definitely be looking into it if we ever come back to visit Long Beach california again... thank you for the great experience

Great Stay

Communication with our host was very easy and clear and they were very accommodating with our particular situation. Entry to the property was very simple and the home was clean and well stocked. Came with fans, a pack n play, and high chair which was great to have for my littles (2.5 & 1.5). Parking on site was great. The street was pretty busy to pull in and out of, but waiting for a red light at the nearest signal made it easy. Local to downtown activities, dining, and even a great park a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend!

Exceeded expectations

What a cute and cozy little home! It was perfect for four people. And the beds were so comfortable! We were in Long Beach for a festival and it turned out to be a short distance to the venue which was Marina Green Park. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods and it was also a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed this property. Home was clean, great location. It had all the amenities we needed. Had some issues with the internet when watching TV but other than that it was perfect! I would highly recommend.

Family Visit

We finally were able to visit with my parents since they were vaccinated aged so a trip to CA was in order. This place was close to not only them for restaurants and coffee. My husband and I had to also work remotely and the set up was perfect. Great kitchen set up and would absolutely stay again. VRBO is great because it give us more flexibility than a hotel. Highly reccomended this unit. Yes in 7th but honestly noise was minimal.

RATS!

Upon check in I noted that the unit was in a terrible location. It is on a major thoroughfare off street, attached to a building with a noisy business. There is no easy way to park and get back onto the street. If you pull in to the driveway you have to back out on to the street. As you can not turn around in the driveway. Strike 1! Upon entry to the home I took note of how dirty everything was in the home. It did not seem that the home was cleaned at all. Strike 2! I further noticed that the KITCHEN COUNTER HAD A NASTY MOUSE TRAP RIGHT ON IT BY THE MICROWAVE! WTF! Who puts a mousetrap on the kitchen counter? I was highly confused by this but got to work sanitizing the unit so I could enjoy my stay. I realized this was a waste of my time when on the 2nd night I saw the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in any of the 15 or more rental homes I have rented over the years. I SAW A DISGUSTING MASSIVE RAT THAT WAS SCURRYING ACROSS THE TV CABINET. As I saw it, it crawled back up the tv and ran into a hole in the wall where cables are hidden. The rat also left feces all over the tv. The owner did not care at all. And even confirmed that before I checked in rat feces was seen by the maids, that’s why they put out the mouse trap. And acted like it was no big deal! Strike 3! The owner also even had the nerve to charge me a night for the early check out. They also claimed to have removed the rodent problem after 1 visit and 1 day from a pest company. That will be a multi month process to actually eradicate all pests. Definitely not a 1 day thing. Again, STAY FAR AWAY! As these owners don’t care about anything or anyone. And they gave MASSIVE 6 INCH RATS HIDING IN THE WALLS. You could get bit or have your stuff ruined by them!
