The house can accommodate up to 4 people with a fully functioning kitchen, including dishwasher, dining room, 2 queen sized beds, a fold out sofa bed with an additional love seat/twin sized bed .

The house needed more supplies. Like a broom and dust bin. Also more glasses. I mentioned replacing the shower curtain and hooks.

My first impression when I walked in the front door was the smell of mildew. This place needs a really deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. Overall dirty floors. Then I was awoken in the middle of the night to the sound of rodents scampering in the ducted work.

Somewhat tight with 5 adult guys. Other than that, hosts were great and helped with whatever we needed. Quick and prompt on communication. Couldn't ask for much better

Très jolie petite maison idéalement placé à l'écart de l'afflux de L.A , commerce à proximité en voiture ou à pied , climatisation très appréciable , quartier chaleureux , la propriétaire est très serviable est très sympathique ( remplacement de matériel , etc ... ) , seul petit bémol ce sont les couverts de la cuisine manquants mais c'est un détail , bref SUPER !❤️

The House: The 2 bed rooms are just big enough for us, with 2 beds. The leather couch pulled out as a bed also. 1 Bathroom, kinda small but did the job. Make sure to bring a hair dryer as it didnt have one. Small kitchen but has everything you need. It is unlikely to use the kitchen much, as we were out all day and night. Wifi is alittle slow, probably because the access point. Has a private gate, so remember to take the electronic gate opener with you. If you forget it there is a gate door to the left of it by the house. We got home one day around 4am and forgot the electric gate opener. Has 1 parking spot that is inside the gate, so you dont have to park in the street A+++++ Overall the house is clean and for the price you cant beat it The Location: This house is perfectly located right off the 5. Only 10 minutes away from Universal City/Studios and close to the beautiful Glendale Galleria area. We picked this house because we travel to Los Angeles a lot and the north part of l.a. is much safer. Close to the super nice Burbank Town Center (5-8min drive). Costco, Target, 24hour mcdonalds, In and Out Burger and other retail shops.

The listing was very descriptive & the property was nice and clean. It was nicely decorated and the owners were very kind. I would recommend it to all my friends and we hope to come back soon.
