Like always, absolutely wonderful! This property is just spectacular! We’ve stayed in multiple stays with this property management. This is the smallest, but still lovely. Management is very responsive and helpful.

Great apartment and if you want to relax on a balcony this beats any hotel experience. Parking is easy and you are surrounded by good restaurants. Definitely do Bruno’s next door. We did surfing lessons, Catalina Island and fishing from this location

This a nice place to stay for sure. The check-in process is a bit stressful though. Also, the property company asked me for a ton of information after I already secured my dates and it was too late to cancel. The information you supply upon booking is a fraction of what you’ll end up sending them.

I couldn't have picked a better place to call home for a week while in California. The property is centrally located in Long Beach and had everything I needed. Can't wait to be back already!

This is a luxury apartment in a high-end building in downtown Long Beach, managed by a professional company. The photos are 100% accurate. It is within walking distance to shopping, great dining options, the boardwalk and the beach. The host's communication and customer support is excellent. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is beautiful but the process was a little lack luster. Customer services was great. Wonderful security, not anyone can get in. The apartment was wonderful except a few minor things. Apartment was clean and organized but the floor needs to be redone. There were dips in the floor throughout the apartment. Yes, it looked waxed and mopped but if you stepped in a fews places, it just made you lift your feet. The bed closeted to the window was missing a bed board. The bed was low to the floor, so uncomfortable sleep because of unevenness. Neighbors will have a view of anything you do near the windows. Balcony s are close. Not a problem but some people like privacy. We took a photo's to make sure we were not charged for destroying anything. All in all great stay just need to be worth the money per night with everything fixed.
