"The room was clean, staff was helpful, loved that they had convenient shuttle with very nice and safe drivers to and from Burbank airport when I needed it, they communicate well when you have a question even before arrival. I walked to places less than .5miles away and it was nice."
"The biggest disappointment was the airport shuttle service from the airport. The driver never stopped where he was supposed to and drove past despite our visibility at the designated space. We screamed and waved.
The check in was smooth and Caleb was particularly helpful. The breakfast was ready almost 30 minutes late but the staff was apologetic. The breakfast was very good, as usual. We have been staying here for years, before and after travels to Asia."
