This 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house offers peaceful and serene sights while providing the most convenient spot to see all of the best this City offers! A spacious deck offers you the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or a freshly-grilled burger! Plenty of outdoor living space to sit and lounge outside and catch some Socal rays or magical sunsets.

As you walk inside, you will find an open floor plan with the comfortable living area facing the kitchen. Cook and entertain at the same time! New appliances offer a 5 burner gas stove and a top of the line fridge with water and ice dispenser. Prep your meals on new quartz countertops. Plenty of storage space!

The Master Bedroom is spacious and offers all the comforts of home. Top of the line furniture includes West Elm bed frame and a Casper queen mattress for restful sleep. A Barcelona reading chair offers a comfortable spot to catch up on your favorite novel. Enjoy a 47 inch smart tv and a modern desk - the perfect workspace. There is a closet with plenty of storage space.

Come home and enjoy this slice of heaven! BONUS: Utilities (monthly electricity usage capped at $100/month) are included!

Also available is an adjacent storage/ art studio/office with about 380 sq feet for an additional charge. Yes! You can customize this work/live space to your unique needs!
