Only 2 min drive from shopping mall and across the street from a beautiful park. LAX and the beach are a breezy 10 minutes drive and zero airplane noise :)

Please note there is a small camera on the outside of the front door lock with video and audio, recording only the public entry way when the front door is opened from outside.
