ALSO, FYI, THERE IS A NEXT-DOOR NEIGHBOR DOG TO THE LEFT OF THE ENTRY FENCE THAT BARKS A BIT WHEN YOU ENTER THE HOUSE SOMETIMES. BUT GETS QUIET SHORTLY AFTER. THE DOG IS IN A FULLY FENCED-OFF YARD AND COMPLETELY HARMLESS. NOTE: THE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATER RUNS ON A SPLIT SYSTEM ( THIS IS NOT CENTRAL AIR AND HEATING)
