3 BD/1 BA 900 sq ft bungalow in Redondo Beach. Super prime location 1 mile from Beach + right across the street from Mira Costa and sandwiched between Manhattan and Hermosa Beach. Walk to Lazy Acres, Rabano, Mama D's, Seaview Parkette, etc. 15 minutes from LAX and award winning shopping, dining and luxury living.

The house itself includes newly refinished original oak floors, new Farrow & Ball paint, plaster walls, new washing machine (washer + dryer in garage). Lots of charming details throughout like original 50's kitchen with gas stove, original Formica and retro fridge. Nice patio with terraced pea gravel garden. Pretty valley view. 3 bikes in the garage - feel free to use. Perfect for students, professors, traveling nurses and families who wish to take advantage of our fantastic seasonal rates.
