DESCRIPTION:
The Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, & an outdoor dining patio is centrally located. It is off the I-10 freeway (between Del Mar and New Ave). The studio (attached to house) is newly renovated with a homey modern interior design, located in a safe and quite neighborhood. Take advantage of the outdoor dining patio (may be shared with property owners on site) to enjoy wine & chit-chat with your loved ones in the evening.
Can sleep up to 3 guests - 1 queen bed for 2 guests & 1 sofa bed (single size - please request in advance) for 1 guest (additional fee applied).
The space
While staying with us, guests have his or her right to occupy/sharing the outdoor patio. An outdoor patio with some kitchen essentials. Although not a full outdoor kitchen, we have microwave, oven, sink, portable stove, and BBQ - grill stove for guests to use.
Please note that some of the aforementioned amentities (i.e., portable stove and BBQ grill stove) are available upon request, one day or in advance before arrival. It is to note that additional charges shall be applied for BBQ Grill Stove and Portable Stoves (propane refill, setting up fees, etc.); please inquire within for the fees.
Please note that as the night stands, bed, and 6-drawer dresser set are antique items, there may be (surface and/or inside) unremovable marks, dust, water damage stains, etc. However, they are nevertheless functioning great.
Our fees for pets are very reasonable. The fees are for the entire stay. Depending on the amount of pets, additional fees may apply. Any damages caused by your pets will be held under the responsibility of the guests.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have his/her own private entrance to the room.

The lighting is the pictures may have been enhanced for reference purposes as the actual items may/may not differ. There may be occasional noise from construction nearby at times so ensure to close all windows and doors tightly. Otherwise, we welcome you to stay with us!
To ensure our overall security, we have surveillance cameras on site. Two in the front house (1 facing east, overview of the entrance and 1 facing north, overview of the entrance and carport) and two in the backyard (1 facing east, overview of the studio/private entrance and the house) and 1 facing west, overview of the outdoor patio).
The room can sleep up to 3 guests - 1 queen bed for 2 & 1 sofa bed (single size - please request in advance) for 1 guest (additional fee applied). If guests are booking for 2 persons and would like to use the sofa bed, the sofa bed can also be set up, if requested in advance).
Sofa bed can be requested in advance for preparation purposes. Additional fee applies for additional guest(s) that exceed 2 guests.
There is a mini fridge in the room. Guests are welcome to share the larger fridge (inform the host in advance to prepare room) with the homeowners in the outdoor patio as well. Although there are no washing/drying machinese on property for guests, there are plenty of Coin-Op laundries are relatively within close proximity, if desired.
