This is a nice hotel, rooms are nice and clean, we used the pool and I liked that is heated! Loved the pool area! Is very convenient and literally right there from the LAX airport! I recommend to pay valet parking like we did because they don’t have a parking space for guest, you have to go to one in the back but you have to pay every time you get in to park for example if you wanna go to the store and come back you have to pay again. Valet is more convenient! Definitely staying here next time!

It was disgusting. Hair everywhere, dirty floors, walls and baseboards. The refrigerator stopped working. Toilet started leaking from the floor. There were people smoking cigarettes everywhere, it stunk so bad our room smelled. I will never stay there again.

Looks old inside. Walls worn and sterile looking. Worn looking. Bathroom shower leaked on floor. Had to clean this up daily. Stay for a week but told it was not standard to have room cleaned and this would need to be requested. If customer staying for that long, it should be a given the room would be cleaned.
