Second Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Sunset Beach House and just like the first time we had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious and in a great location, right near Rose and Lincoln and only 10 mins from the beach. I look forward to being back again!

The house has all of the amenities you'd want in Venice: fully stocked kitchen, grill, hot tub, multiple common spaces, ping pong table, parking spaces, washer/dryer and large bedrooms with desks. I'd give this house 5/5 stars. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I had a wonderful at the Sunset Beach House. It's in a great location, only a few minutes from Whole Foods and several coffee shops and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The house was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Aaron was super responsive and helpful -- we look forward to staying with him again!
