It’s was not clean , also on the website Offer washer and dryer it’s not true.
I want to start off by saying this is not a good home to rent at all !! Its super dirty it’s not clean at all the bathroom ! there was pee everywhere on the toilet also there was only 1 roll of toilet paper an 2 towels for a family! Two of the blankets smelled like a feet ! The beds were all full of makeup like mascara ! In the bath tube was two animals and there is no shower curtains ! Also the shower was so dirty full of mold on the walls and floor !! So much dust everywhere !! Also the beds had animals on it I have no idea when was the last time this place was cleaned !!! I am so upset with this place honestly I have so much pictures of stuff I found that is wrong with this place . No parking anywhere at all I was worried in the night time my truck was going to get towed away ! I will never ever rent this place again or would recommend anyone to rent ! It’s an expensive place to rent a night for the service that was given to us honestly ! You could hear noises all night long with the people next door and supper early in the am ! We only ended up staying there just to sleep because we had no other choice but we’re gonna all day long because we did not feel comfortable at all with the kids being there !!!

Horrible Property Management
I arrived to the property and thought everything was beautiful. Only thing was that one of the beds was broken and we let property management know. They said they would send someone out the next morning between 10-12. I arrived back to the property around 5pm with nothing fixed no message stating a reason for delay and still had a broken bed causing me to end my trip early from the property due to the inconvenience of only having 1 queen size bed with 3 people on the reservation. Owner is very unresponsive and does not do what he needs to keep in good standing. Nevertheless if the bed wasn’t damaged and the owner handled it properly I would recommend the property.

Nightmare on Sherbourne
If I could give this a zero, I would. Upon entering the property, we inspected everything usually do when staying in a new place. Immediately I found several hairs on the pillows and in the bed, turn down the sheets and found mysterious stain, checked out the bathroom, in the shower door did not work, however a good amount of filth and pubic hair were left behind, so obviously someone used it before. We took our shoes off when first getting there, and after walking through the home for just a few minutes, our feet were absolutely black (they were clean prior). There were sever mysterious glazed over stick spots on the floors. Stains were also on both futons in the living room, of which no linens were provided. I messaged a few times before our trip, and never received a response. Also, when I called upon arriving to report the horrendous conditions, I was hung up on. My husband finally got a hold of someone, and he was told we would receive a refund. We did not. And I was sent a message saying the property was clesn and we would receive no refund. We had to scramble last minute to find lodging, and incurred several unexpected expenses. Very dirty, very unprofessional, very sketchy. RUN. Honestly, just stay at Leowes Hollywood or Mariot airport. 100times better.

Does not appear as it seems!
I should've gone with my initial thought when the address listed was not the same as the property. The neighborhood was ok not not what I'm comfortable with. There was only street parking although the unit had parking behind it. With street parking you had to roll the dice when it would be available. Upon walking into the unit it appeared to be clean as I could smell the cleaning agents recently used. However, once that faded there was a very old smell that was not what i wanted to wake up to in the morning. The bathroom smells of urine! Lots of cobwebs everywhere! I contacted the property manager several times through text, on the app, and the emergency number provided and never got a response to my questions. The unit was supposed to have a washer which was provided in the description. There was not one! The wifi information provided did not work. Had the owner responded to my concerns I would possibly feel better but to ignore my calls, text, and messages was uncalled for. I would suggest staying away from this property and any others that the owner has listed as it probably doesn't fit the description.

Great neighbor
Neighbor and neighbors were extremely friendly. The place is perfect distance from beaches and Beverly Hills. The only thing I will site there is only one bathroom and there is no washer and dryer. I sent a couple messages but never got a response. Not sure if it was the app but just wanted to mention it. Overall we had a great stay.
