The property was neatly decorated and very clean. The residents near us were friendly and helpful. The property was located close to the attractions we had traveled to see and had easy access to the roads and freeways. The owners were quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had.
The good news is that it’s a nice place in a good location. You can walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 10-15 minutes. The bad news is that my family and I (3 girls under 10) got stuck in the elevator. That intercom did not work and neither did the alarm. Note that the elevator was stuck between two floors and we had to jump down through the small crack between the floor of the elevator and the top of the entry wa
