"Perfect stay! YOU GET THE ENTIRE TOP FLOOR OF THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF!! When I booked it, I thought I only had one bedroom of several. Actually I had 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, my own bathroom, all super clean and tidy. And I was only one person! Brian and his wife and lovely and welcoming, very interesting to chat with. Super quiet location, across the street from beautiful Lake Erie. Highly recommended!"

"We rented this house for a weekend to bring our whole family together (3 siblings, spouses and children, and our Mother- 14 total). The house was perfect to keep everyone entertained; the pool was perfect, we grilled out, we visited downtown Vermillion. The views of the July sunset were unbelievable. Great place to stay!"
